Pants to their Penis

Oh wow, young men wearing their pants at their penis level. Sometimes when I see them I wish they would lose their pants while running. I work in retail and about a year ago two slim young men about 16 came into the store and approached me to ask a frivolous question, testing me to see if I would through them out I guess.
Their pants level was at their penis with black underwear peaking out at me, ball caps turned backwards, earrings, yet nice looking guys etc.

I answered their question and they wandered about the store for a few minutes and then left. Since then I have noticed that there are many older men say 30ish doing the same thing, minus the earrings and backwards hats. What is it about having your pants at your penis? Unless there is some feel good reason it doesn't make sense. Unless you are doing it for sheer attention.

We also have many of our younger associates who work in a warehouse that are constantly pulling up their pants. Ahem, you just might fall off of a ladder if you have to constantly pull up your pants. Or worse yet drop someones new purchase on their head while coming down the ladder. This is also a safety issue for companies who hire these young men and have them working in their warehouses or stores. I would think that the management would talk to these young men about their work and dress habits, but I have not seen that happen. Some store department supervisors are following this bad habit. At least their pants are tighter and belted and won't fall off of them. I have to give them that. But, they are still constantly pulling up their pants.

A week ago there was a young man running across the street as fast as he could go wearing long pants , and yep he was holding up his pants as he ran. Of course that made him look really stupid. Belts are for holding up pants that is why they were manufactured in the first place. But, of course he wanted to look cool I guess. He will be a lot cooler when his pants fall down.

Some younger men wear nicer underwear than others. So sue me it's right there in front of me how are you supposed to pay attention to what they are saying when their underwear is peeking out from under. It's just the same as a woman wearing a revealing bra or blouse and her bra is out for all to see barely covering her tatas. Most of the time women do that when not working unless she works in a bar atmosphere. At least that is not a safety hazard except when someone stares for a little too long and falls off of a ladder from gawking. LOL
